The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology program equips graduates with the technical knowledge and hands-on skills required to install, operate and maintain mechanical systems. Specific areas of study include: rotating equipment, pumps, piping systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance and non-destructive testing.
Graduates of the Mechanical Engineering Technology (Dip. MET) program are eligible for entrance into the third year of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Applied Maintenance Engineering (B.Sc. A. M) program.
