The Master of Applied Business in Human Resource Management (MASc. HRM) is a post-graduate program designed to accelerate the careers of practicing HR Professionals or business studies graduates, wishing to follow an exciting career in human resources.  This program develops highly competent HR practitioners who will; build professional networks, develop HR policies, evaluate organizational performance, adapt to the dynamic needs of the organization across cultures and contexts.  Specifically, this program offers the opportunity to master knowledge, skills and competence in the principles of; general HR, Organization Design, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Strategic HR and everything else that a HR executive would need in his/her job. In this program, students are able to specialize through the completion of a formal research thesis. This program is aligned to the standards of the professional bodies including; CIPD, SHRM and HRCI.

You may choose to exit the Bachelor’s degree with a diploma after successful completion of all diploma requirements.
