The Diploma in Human Resources Management (Dip. HRM) 2-year program prepares graduates with the knowledge, skills and competencies needed for an entry level position in the field of Human Resource Management.
After completing the diploma program, graduates will possess a practical and theoretical overview of the functions of human resources and its critical role in organizations. Students gain hands on experiential learning through applied assignments and a required 6-week HRM work placement.
Graduates of the Human Resources Management (Dip. HRM) program are eligible for entrance into the third year of the Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Human Resources Management (B.A.BA HRM) program.
