In this four hour activity, practitioners will define and discuss the importance of Image Analysis, as well as identify the characteristics of optimal radiographic projections. They will assess radiographic images to identify and describe common radiographic characteristics of sub–optimal images using an image analysis checklist and discuss techniques to correct common radiographic errors. In addition, practitioners will identify and discuss common radiographic artifacts.
