In preparation for the Graduation Ceremony, please read the following very carefully:
BUILDING 16, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING AREA, WATCH FOR SIGN
TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 10:30 A.M. TO 2:30 P.M.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 10:30 A.M. TO 2:30 P.M.
THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 10:30 A.M. TO 2:30 P.M.
Each student will receive the graduation gown and cap to be worn for the ceremony. You will also receive your personal invitation and FOUR invitations for your guests (five invitations in all). Students and guests will be required to present their invitations for entry to the Graduation Ceremony at the Sheraton.
Rayyan Campus Students
If you are unable to come to Duhail Campus to get your cap, gown, and invitations on the days noted above, you will be able to pick them up on Saturday, June 14th, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (before the Group Graduation Picture).

Please come at least one-half hour early and be sure to bring your graduation cap and gown.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18TH, 2008, 4:00 P.M.
Attendance is a MUST! Rehearsal will be your opportunity to know exactly where to go and what is required.

THURSDAY, JUNE 19TH 2008, BEFORE 10:00 P.M.
You will sign out the cap and gown when you pick them up the week before the Graduation Ceremony. These must be returned on June 19th immediately following the ceremony (before going to the reception). You will not receive your diploma/certificate until the cap and gown have been returned.
