CNA-Qatar in collaboration with Commercial Bank developed a 6-month training program for Associates. The program offers the associates a professional development opportunity to enhance their computer skills, industry specific language skills, knowledge of the industry and provides them with more advanced courses that will assist them in their growth opportunities as future leaders within Commercial Bank.
The program has proven to be such a success that the program will be offered to a new group Commercial Bank associates in the near future.
