Dr. Jorch brings a wealth of college and university sector experience at the senior leadership level. Most recently he was Vice President at University College of the Cayman Islands and, prior to that, Dean of the School of Science and Technology at the University College of Cape Breton. He has established and developed numerous industry and government partnerships, national and international articulation agreements and programs that have won major grants and awards for innovation. While in British Columbia, Dr. Jorch led the design and implementation of the world's first multi-institution, web-based application system, as well as heading the province-wide education sector MIS installation project. Dr. Jorch earned his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
